·payment of the mandatory tourist tax: price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights
cleaning:
The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

in properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

keys:
· loss of property keys: price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys
