• on a main lake point: deer beach lodge is on a main point into the lake, so we have deep, clear water, unlike many others stuck in the back of a "private" cove Have no worries about jumping off the dock or having to idle your boat for 15 minutes down the creek to get past the no-wake zone.
• private white sand beach: we have one of the best private beaches on lake anna It is 80 ft wide with easy sloping access for toddlers and seniors. it is a real beach and not a sandbox like many others!
• two full master bedrooms: we built our home with 2 main floor master bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite, offering easy access for older guests or splitting of rental by two families
• lots to do on rainy days: we know that some days it rains at the lake, so we have a beautiful theater room with stadium seating and a huge 92-inch screen We created the playroom with a pool table, darts, and a 60-inch TV in the central area of the basement.
• close to shopping and restaurants: we are also in a great location to the food and restaurants around lake anna Food Lion shopping mall with a Red Box, Cheeser Pizza, Chef Lee, ABC Liquor, and Subway is 5 miles/minutes away.
