The Terrace is rarely available in the summer, BUT DUE TO AN UNFORSEEN ILLNESS MY RENTER CANCELLED. Their loss and YOUR GAIN due to large DISCOUNT available for stays of one week to one month or more. Available period is July 15th through through July 28th.

the terrace was professionally decorated with a romantic french theme in mind when you arrive and walk-out onto the terrace deck and view thumb butte mountain, immediately all of your stress melts away!
the outside terrace deck is quaint and a fabulous place to relax, barbecue or sit and have a glass of wine to finish your day of activities! just sit and watch your neighbors stroll the sidewalks of the historic residential area which the terrace is nestled at
the terrace is approximately 1,150 square feet with two bedrooms (king size bed in the master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom), one full bath/shower, large completely stocked kitchen including keurig coffee machine (cook your thanksgiving, christmas or easter dinner), nook eating area and living room with new 55' flat screen smart samsung tv, hd dish tv including streaming of netflix and prime video, since we have high speed wifi access The Terrace can easily accommodate two couples or a family of five. also remember we are pet friendly, so bring the pooch!
