The living and dining open up to the large patio bringing in lot’s of fresh air and light, with outdoor table, fountain and gas Weber grill. The full kitchen includes all new appliances and dining set for 8. Large 55″ smart TV with cable and free wifi. Upstairs is the balcony with swing where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean, city and mountain views. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room located off the patio.

Depending on the type of rental, the adjoining access may be locked or unlocked. If combined with a Casa Corona rental, you will have direct access to the villa entryway. If rented separately, this access will remain locked and you will have one entry/exit from the street. Please inquire for more information on renting units together.
