Newly renovated two bedroom two bath fully furnished condo at the Bass and Sun Condominium Complex. This is a no smoking condo with no pets allowed. There are two parking spaces allowed per unit (one boat and one vehicle or two vehicles only). This ground level, waterfront unit has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It has a fully furnished kitchen and counter seating for four, new leather couches one of which is a sectional and pulls out into a bed, master bedroom with all new bedroom suite including new queen bed with storage drawers below. The front bedroom has two new twin day beds. The one on the far wall converts into a king bed to accommodate for couples staying. Both day beds have storage drawers below. The living room, master bedroom, and front bedroom all have flat screen tv's with cable. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and a furnished back porch that gives you access to a spacious back yard right on the canal with a view of the lock and lake. The marina is steps away from the front door with all the extra tackle you could need, gas for your boat, and a boat slip just in case you wanted to leave the boat in the water. Here at Bass and Sun you get access to the heated pool, a full tennis court, and a basketball court. Within walking distance is Roland Martin's which has shopping and a full service restaurant.
