The rooms feature a dresser with mirror, memory foam mattresses, 32 inch Fire tvs, spacious closets, and each room has a window unit for your desired temperature. we take no shortcuts when it comes to our guests who we want to have a nice place to stay while joining the festivities of new orleans!

The condo also has (Limited) off-street parking upon request when booking and the living area is gated. Full size stove, fridge, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, towels, etc. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests. ✅✅Very important✅✅ - we require a 5 night minimum during Mardi Gras - 2/13/26 til 2/18/26. Jazz fest requires a 4 night minimum. Halloween & New Years both require a 4 night minimum. Please check you are booking the required number of days or your reservation will be cancelled.✅✅.
