located on the lower level of a historic home just a few blocks from the center of town, the main drag in manitou, this 1 bedroom unit presents a pretty amazing value prospect — stay in comfort for less, and be close to it all There’s a theme here too … like the London Underground! You’ll enter through the “Underground” entrance on the west side of the main building, walking down the stairs and through the front door using the private key-code provided to you at check-in. you’ll open the door into a clean, modern, welcoming space with lots of elements to complete the underground theme!
the comfortable couch opens up into a queen sized bed, and everything else you need is right here at your fingertips, with a studio’s efficient use of space The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations, lies next to our classic red refrigerator. There’s a great TV to relax in front of, after a day’s amazing adventures. The unit’s single bath is clean and complete with a pedestal sink and tile shower. There’s also a conveniently located washer and dryer here totally available for guest use. located just 10 minutes west of downtown colorado springs, the “urban” is close too if you prefer that! and some of the area's other, most well-known attractions like the broadmoor, the cheyenne mountain zoo, the pikes peak cog railway, the united states olympic museum and many, many more are just a few minutes up or down the road but we think the best is all right here, in many cases within walking or biking distance! ask us for recommendations on food, drink, colorado craft beers and cocktails, and also about our curated visitor experiences!
getting around:
most of manitou springs is within reasonable walking distance Manitou Springs is best explored by bike or walking! Lyft and Uber are also available in this area. We recommend a vehicle when traveling in Colorado. please consider suv or awd vehicle in the winter!
