this beautiful apartment was renovated down to the studs in 2021 and thoughtfully designed to maximize livable space and natural light in a modern yet highly functional style Upstairs, the spacious, light-filled bedroom has built-in storage space and a full bed. The kitchen is designed for home chefs, with generous storage space, a garbage disposal and all new appliances including a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The living room and dining space are open and beautifully furnished with modern furnishings. The spacious bathroom gets great natural light thanks to a well-placed skylight, and the vanity features built-in outlets for hair dryers and other appliances. Your washer/dryer is installed in the bathroom. As you step outside, you can see the Hollywood sign on a clear day. Take your morning coffee or tea on the patio just outside your front door, or bring a book down to your sizable private, landscaped yard.
