• please be aware that this mountain retreat does not have air conditioning, as it benefits from the cooler temperatures of its elevated location However, ceiling fan and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
• you will have private access to the whole cabin throughout the duration of your stay, except for the garage which is used by the owners as a storage space
• there are also locked owner's closets in both the upstairs king bedroom and the basement
• this mountain home relies on a well water system with a limited tank capacity While the tank refills over time, guests are encouraged to space out showers and keep them brief to ensure there is enough water for everyone. To help maintain water pressure, it's also advisable to avoid using multiple water sources at the same time.
• the cabin is now equipped with a gel fuel firepit, not a propane gas firepit This change was made to comply with updated county fire safety regulations and to reduce potential fire hazards in the area.
