CASA B is a new design coliving, with only two of the five rooms available.
each of the rooms is 12m², distributed in a wide space with a 135x200cm bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe They also have a private bathroom with WC, sink and shower and their own hot/cold Air Conditioner.
the rooms are located around an inner courtyard with a lot of light, which also works as an exterior common area It has benches, tables and vegetation, which makes it a very pleasant space. The exterior area is completed by a solarium, in which we also find some extra storage for each room.
the common areas are thought for the five people living here, that's why the wide kitchen has two big benches and an auxiliar one fully equipped:
-two 55cm sinks
-two cooking areas with induction plates
-dishwasher
-oven
-microwave
-two combi fridges
-washing machine and dryer
-complete kitchenware
-blender, iron, vacuum cleaner and sandwich maker
the kitchen is completed by a big table in the center of the room and it also has its own hot/cold aC.
there's also a common area inside with two benches and two little tables
the location is excellent, in the center of moncada, only 550m far from the university ceu cardenal herrera, 100m far from the moncada-alfara metro stop and surrounded by all kinds of services, close to supermarkets and gym
all the expenses (electricity, water and wifi) are included in the price, also with weekly cleaning of the common areas and another cleaning every two weeks for the private spaces
definitely, casa b is the perfect space for a shared singular lifestyle, for people with a special sensitivity for design, art and culture, who don't want to give up being comfortable and functional
