Only 5΄ from the University and the University Hospitles, by car. 10΄ from the center of Ioannina, 1΄ from the Egnatia & Ionian exit, 12΄ from the airport, 40΄ from Vikos and Zagori, 10΄ from Metsovo, and 40΄ from the beach.

On the ground floor there is a very special living room - with two lounges, a fireplace, a desk and a dining room with capacity of 12 people - a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom. All rooms are sunny, have large wardrobes, LCD plasma TVs and balcony with great view. There is WIFI free of charge throughout the accommodation.

villa dioni floor is all made from iroko wood The central wall of the living room is built with stone from Zagori, is 60 cm thick and there lies the fireplace. The luminaires are handcrafted with swarovski crystals. There are dark plush curtains, and interior velvet curtains embroidered in tulle, brought from India. The carpets are Kabir, 550.000 knots per m². On the sofas there are handmade silk pads embroidered in Uzbekistan, crystal glasses and embroidery, family heirlooms, exquisite samples of Ioannina art as well as carved silver and antiques. The sheets are white, of 100% Greek cotton, traditional embroidery, hand crafted by the two previous generations of our family.
