Our beautiful 5 bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious community of Sunrise Lakes, making this an ideal location for your dream Orlando holiday.
with over 3,045 sq ft of living space our two storey home is much larger than the standard orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing
the villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults), 35 bathrooms.
the bedrooms are a king bedroom, a full bedroom, a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms
there are also two large separate dining areas, two seating areas downstairs (a spacious family room overlooking the pool area and a airy living room at the front of the villa)and a further seating area upstairs
the large fully fitted kitchen means you can prepare everything from a quick snack to a full fanily meal if you wish

15 x 30 ft private swimming pool with pool furniture looking out over the lake at the rear of our property

we also stock high chair, crib/cot, travel cot, bouncer, stair gate, stroller all free of charge to make this feel like your home away from home
please note:
this property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
