* this cozy & quiet vacation home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,750 square foot ranch style home Don't forget your bathing suite because the backyard is where you'll be spending most of your time. With all brand new cool decking around the perimeter of the pool, a completely re-plastered pool surface, newly installed synthetic grass wrapped around the home, a 5-burner gas BBQ grill, a custom built shaded Pergola with outdoor seating and plenty of outdoor games for the kids (Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Ring Toss, Connect 4, etc). When the kids have too much fun in the sun send them inside and let them recover in the fully carpeted garage to play Ping Pong, listen to music and lounge on the sofa bed.
the home is also equipped with 3 led smart tv's that operate off of live streaming roku television in the dining room, family room and master bedroom (live streaming youtubetv is complementary) Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with Queen size beds and the fourth bedroom is furnished with matching side-by-side singles. You are completely surrounded by mountains so be sure to bring both your hiking and walking shoes. it is located in the northern part of the city and lies within the boundaries of camelback mountain The area was originally a ranch and later became a golf course. The Moon Valley Country Club was established in 1959 and is still operational today.
there are several parks located in moon valley including camelback mountain park, thunderbird park, and estrella mountain park These parks offer hiking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds, and other amenities for residents to enjoy. Other activities include biking on trails that run through the neighborhood as well as swimming at nearby pools such as Tumbleweed Aquatic Center or Cave Creek Regional Park Aquatic Center.
the neighborhoods are close to several shopping areas including scottsdale fashion square mall which is about 3 miles away from moon valley or desert ridge marketplace which is about 4 miles away
parking:
* guests can park 2 vehicles in the driveway or anywhere along the curb in front of the house For transportation purposes both UBER and LYFT are active in the area but a rental car is advised.
* propane tank fee: there will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank These tanks can be utilized for both the BBQ grill and fire pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
* pet fee: there will be an additional pet fee of $150 per pet Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
house rules & checkout procedures
* quiet hours: the city of phoenix enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 pm Please be respectful of the neighbors by not having any large gatherings in the backyard past 12 AM (midnight). Any violation received by Phoenix PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.
* propane tank fee: there will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank These tanks can be utilized for both the BBQ grill and fire pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.
* pet fee: there will be an additional pet fee of $150 per pet Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. * please be sure to shut and lock all doors throughout the entire property prior to departing these doors will include:
- back patio sliding glass door
- side door to garage
- sliding glass door in master bedroom
- front door
* strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises Please note you are not required to do any laundry.
* empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food
* take out the trash prior to your departure The trash can is located on the side of the house directly behind the RV gate. All RECYCLABLE ITEMS can be placed in the BLUE can and all trash can be disposed of in the GREEN trash can. BOTH Trash & Recycling gets picked up every THURSDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel them both to edge of the driveway for pickup on Wednesday evening (the night before).
* place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher
* absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the home (back patio only) Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.
* there is absolutely no decorating allowed at the rental property This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
* be mindful and careful of other people's property
* * * please note: this rental property is guarded by nest security camera There are 2 security cameras located in the backyard; one is facing the back pool area & the other is facing the west RV Gate. This is done for security purposes only.
