Our small country house at 1123m above sea level is located on a large meadow and faces south. The skis are already strapped on the property and then you are virtually already on the slopes! Free view over Flims and mountain panorama. A large enclosed garden, so that no dog gets lost and of course a safe place for children to build igloos or play soccer... No 5 minutes to the bakery and the village, so you can spend your vacation without a car. Living space of 120m² and room for 5 adults plus small crib (on request). Ski and hobby room in the basement. On the ground floor kitchen and dining area, living room and balcony, bathroom and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and a room with single bed or recamiere.

In dealing with the rental property, our own terms and conditions apply. The keeping of dogs in the house is also explicitly regulated there. If necessary, house rules apply.
