Enjoy this adorably cute cottage on the Mallard Street Canal on Dauphin Island! Sunset Point is a charming and nostalgic beach house built for fishermen and beachgoers alike! The home has tile and vinyl plank flooring throughout, an updated kitchen with a gorgeous backsplash and a large flat screen TV in the comfortably furnished living room with spectacular water views of the Gulf of Mexico.
the king suite is spacious with views of the canal and gulf of mexico the other bedrooms both have queen beds, giving you real sleep space!
the oversized deck and bulkhead will be on of your favorite spots It gives a great ambiance where you can enjoy the salt air and watch boats. Or bring a line or crab trap and fish right out of the canal.
the beaches are very close, a 3-minute walk to gulf side beaches and a 2-minute walk to the calmer bay side beach
please note: the kayaks are not available for guest use
as with all of our property manager, all linens and towels are provided, wifi, along with a fully outfitted kitchen There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). a great beach vacation is waiting on you!
