It is composed of a nice living room of 68 m² (with fireplace), an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m² as well as several terraces. wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
the accommodation is composed as follows:
- a living room of 68 m² with tv, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area
- an open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine.. a bar and a second dining area.
- master suite of 27 m²: a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room, an adjoining bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet
- a second bedroom of 20 m² with two single beds (90, possibility of forming a double bed), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room
outside :
- a swimming pool (private and heated) open seasonally from april to the end of october, size 12 m x 4 m with a depth of 130 m as well as a small bath of 5 m x 2 m, depth 0.50. The swimming pool is surrounded by a composite terrace of approximately 77 m² from which you can see the sea.
- a beautiful garden of 4 000 m ² exposed south raised of plants of the scrubland
