the entire left half of the duplex stone house is made up of apartment 1 On the ground floor there are a bathroom and a large kitchen leading directly to the spacious terrace. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cabinetry, appliances including a full sized refrigerator and a separate beverage fridge. The first floor contains the living room with chimney and the conservatory with direct access to the garden. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a smaller bathroom with shower.
