QUIET LOCATION: Secluded on the side of our Kailua home you’ll find Holiday Palms. This private cottage is a remodeled, 600 sq ft, one-bedroom unit, steps from beautiful Kailua Beach. Tucked away amid tropical palm trees, with your own shady patio and private gated entrance. There are ceiling fans throughout, free high-speed wireless internet, cool tile floors. A very quiet and private location.

bedroom: the bedroom has a brand new split air conditioner ,vaulted ceiling, and is furnished with stylish bamboo furniture, one queen size bed and one double futon couch which easily converts to a bed Beds sleep 4 comfortably. Air Mattresses and Futons are available for extra guests. All beds are in one room.
comfort: although located in the bedroom, the split air con is sized to cool the whole unit for your comfort The TV is a flat screen and is provided with cable TV, HBO and SHOWTIME as extras.
