this 100m² house is composed of a living room with television, dining room and fully equipped and fitted open kitchen It has 3 comfortable bedrooms each with television and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower.
outside, enjoy the swimming pool open from the beginning of may to the end of september, deckchairs and the proximity of the beautiful sorgue river for your walks
the house is located very close to a leisure center including a children's park "nestor le castor" as well as the departure of the descents of the sorgue by canoe-kayak (minimum age 6 years) from the kayak vert base
this proximity causes noise activity during the day (between 11:00 am. and 6:00 p.m.) but allows you to benefit from several advantages: unlimited free access for your children to the "Nestor Le Castor" park, FREE descent of the Sorgue by kayak once a week.
