The cottage is located on a cul-de-sac on a large protected dune plot, where there are views of the sea, dunes and the beautiful area in Sønderho. This beautiful cottage is energy efficient with both genvex and Stiebel heat pump systems that supply both hot water and underfloor heating throughout the cottage. Large entrance hall, 5 lovely and well-appointed bedrooms, a nice and delicious kitchen in open connection with a corner living room. The living room has a nice dining area, good wood stove, a nice cozy corner and with access to activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, etc. In addition, the cottage has 2 large beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a large spa, while the other has a cozy sauna. A large loft contains one of the rooms with 2 beds and invites to raw coziness and good movies on rainy days. 2 large sliding glass doors can be opened onto a large covered terrace, from where you can follow the children's play by sandboxes and swings.
