there are three double bedrooms (2 with 140cm beds and 1 with 160cm bed), with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, a large living area with a very well equipped new kitchen and air conditioning, dining area, lounge, two large patio doors one leading to the pool terrace, the other to the covered terrace, laundry room, private gardens of 1300 m² fully walled and gated, swimming pool
