Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our centrally located AirBnB offers convenience, comfort, and easy access to all that our "little" city has to offer just minutes from I40/85.
the mccauley house was built in 1920 as a single family home From what we can tell the McCauley Family owned it for nearly 100 years and at some point in time they did a conversion to a 4-plex apartment building. We bought the building in 2022 and have worked hard to restore every room. in this apartment you will find 2 original fireplaces, 11' Ceilings and all of the modern amenities that you would expect to include a King Bed, Fully Stocked Kitchen and Large Soaking Tub. The apartment features High Speed Internet with an access point for ethernet and Smart TV's in both the living room and the bedroom.

the main house has smart locks where all tenants will enjoy common space, laundry room and a great front porch seating area - this porch is the best spot in the house for watching storms! all apartments are rented as full units with two entrances/exits for safety and convenience
