We have lovely custom build butcherblock countertops, Spanish tile through out, renovated 1 & 1/2 bathroom, and a giant Aircrete Patio. You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this thoughtfully appointed Airbnb. Release your kids to Reserve Park across the street. Complete with Army style workout equipment. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

guests may park on the street and/or on the grassy area in front of the unit (watch out for the tree stump!) Please do NOT park on or block the driveway, since it is the only access to the other rental unit located on the same property.

we set up the roku tv with our netflix and hulu accounts There is also Youtube and other fun stuff. We do not have cable TV.

the kitchen is stocked with a standard coffee machine, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, stove and toaster oven There is an assortment of pots, pans, a cutting board, knives, measuring cups, etc. for your convenience.
bathroom
please do not flush anything besides toilet paper The plumbing is sensitive. Please do not flush feminine products, wipes, or anything else down the toilet. thank you so much !

for longer stays, please throw your trash in the big black garbage can located next to the driveway Recycling bins are located in the same area.
