Negative: The apartment itself was lovely, warm, clean and amazing views. However there was not even a bottle of water provided to guest, which I consider basic. What the host doesn't mention is that this apartment is in a residential block, the concierge there will not help in anyway. The whole check in and parking was awful. I didn't receive the check in details till the day of travel and not before I had to pay a deposit. Then I was charged additional for parking when the details on booking.com make it look like the parking is included. The people I spoke to at Global stay were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. It was impossible to understand the instructions and all I got from the team on email was read your instructions. We got a parking ticket because after 2 hours trying to check in, (with no where to park while you begin the maze of checking in) get the key to get in the parking and then find the parking bay which is actually in the residential parking part of the building. It also takes that long to go up and down the lifts because of the amount of residents that just leaving and entering the building takes 30 minuets each time. The whole experience was awful and the hosts added to that. I would be mindful if you are thinking of booking this room as it appears to be far more professional than it actually is.
