this property is truly a walk-to-the-beach home Stand in the street in front of the house, turn to your right, and the Pacific Ocean beckons you -- 100 steps away. In addition, there are several cafes in the neighborhood as well as small markets. 6 blocks will take you to the center of La Penita where you will find shops, markets, banks, restaurants and bars - just about anything you need.
the home itself is a one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom unit with a great private terrace A/C in the bedroom. Sit outside in the morning for coffee, or in the evening to watch the sunset while listening to the waves and catching the ocean breezes. Lots of windows for light and air. Private entrance to your second floor home! A full kitchen allows you to eat in whenever you like but you are still close enough to town to head in to one of the outstanding cafes and restaurants. A short walk down the beach will take you there in minutes. Or purchase tamales and tortillas from the street vendors and shops in the neighborhood.

You will be about an hour from Playa las Tortugas and the turtle camp there. San Blas is another hour beyond.
all linens and towels are supplied (including beach towels) I have tried to equip the home with everything you will need - basic spices, cooking oil, bottled water, etc.) but if there is anything else you require, just ask.
