cost: a $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $150 for each night of your reservation

• we'll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment via airbnb’s resolution center
• once you've made the payment, the pool heating kicks in! keep in mind that weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature

• why 3 days notice?
it takes 2-3 days (especially in the colder seasons) to get the water completely heated we want it perfect when you arrive!
• last-minute heating?
possible, but the water still needs at least 24 hours to reach temperature Short stays may not see full heating before check-out.
• can i turn on the heater myself?
nope! it's a wi-fi-operated system under our control Any attempt to tamper will be flagged, and there's a $500 fine for touching without authorization.
• requesting heating during your stay?
absolutely! but remember, it won't be instant, the water still often needs 2 days to reach temperature Pay the initial fee plus $150/night for the remaining stay.
• refunds for unused heating?
sorry, no refunds Once the heater is running, the cost is incurred, whether the pool is used or not.
