In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, spa area, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop "517" 30 m, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 11 km.
