Sheets and towels are not provided. You must have a fitted and flat sheet for all used beds. You can either bring your own or hire a linen pack from Dianne the holiday rental manager. The linen pack includes fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels

Please put our all rubbish in bins provided and take all your supplies home with you.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
