*this is a no-party property We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toTWOpeople. No more than a maximum of SIXpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*this home is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*stra rules - by booking this home you automatically agree to all the stra terms and conditions that are applicable to guests You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* pets - we are a pet-friendly property We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form/booking. Please note that the property isn't fenced, and unleashed dogs aren't allowed onto the golf course or the neighbouring properties. We're also surrounded by wonderful wildlife, kangaroos, wombats, lyrebirds, echidnas and much more. Please do not allow your pets to chase or bother the wildlife.
*check-in/check-out - we cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
