Our community is finally open again after the devastation of Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. All four buildings are back open with new roofs, elevators, back up generators and fire pumps. All four buildings have received a fresh coat of paint with the warm Florida colors of white and light blue. The pool and spa/hot tub are open. Our unit did not experience any damage, however we completely repainted and did some minor remodeling.

Enjoy nearby shopping at the unique island boutiques, and enjoy spectacular meals at nearby restaurants. This home away from home is fully furnished with a king size bed and shuttered windows in the master bedroom, two single twin beds in the guest room (condo sleeps 4), as well as a washer and dryer and Internet and cable, television in the living room and the master bedroom, breakfast bar and dining table. Don't forget to book a boat tour and/or dinner cruise.
