great place for the whole family and friends to have fun and enjoy
perfect for kids, fishing on the dock, there is bench seating on the dock etc
there is a 10 foot jon boat, kayak and canoe, optional life jackets are available of different sizes

it has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 double and 15 bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 guests
it has a fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker,2-bbq with propane, etc).
the reservation/security deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival The damage deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable provided nothing in the cottage is damaged/broken.
i will also provide liquid soap and shampoo to shower, toilet paper, bbq, dishes pots and pans, garbage bag, utensil, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, and dinette set dish soap. All are sanitized according to Ontario permit laws.
