Recently updated inside and out, this 3 bed/2 bath home with a log cabin feel is perfect for your multi-family or individual stay on popular 500 acre all sports Magician Lake. The home is located on 40 feet of water frontage in the bay. A huge waterfront deck awaits you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax all day in the sun or take in the beautiful sunsets. If that's not for you, use the provided Weber propane grill to entertain your family and watch the game on the outdoor Smart TV. There are 2 kayaks and a lily pad for easy access onto the water, or you can take a short walk down the street to the quaint association beach/water access. Stick your toes in the sand or swim out to the provided swim platform. A 2017 Godfrey Sweetwater pontoon boat (mandatory and included in price during peak season, June 14-Aug 11 2024) is available to enjoy the lake - anchor at the sandbar or take a sunset cruise! The house has 3 bedrooms equipped with 1 King Bed and 2 Queens. There are also 2 Full Futons in one living area, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa /1 Twin Sleeper Sofa in the other living area. You can comfortably sleep 11 adults. Extra sets of linens are provided for all sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have showers and ample bath towels; beach towels are also provided. A washer/dryer is available for your use as well. the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including coffee grounds - just bring your own food and beverages! 3 smart tvs and complimentary wi-fi complete your stay, along with cabinets full of board games, puzzles and dvds for family fun night!
