Located in eclectic Candler Park a block from vibrant Little Five Points and adjacent to several historic neighborhoods, you're in one of the most walkable parts of town just a few blocks to the PATH and Beltline, your bikable gateway to a day of endless urban exploration and adventure. The house also has a basement apartment (i.e., Little Five Lair) that accommodates 2 additional guests. You may rent the main house with or without also renting the basement apartment.
we are in candler park neighborhood, but moments away from the heart of little five points commercial district Live music on weekends is common and you can listen to it on the front or back porches. Within minutes of our house, we have two record stores, several great music venues, such as the Variety, the best beer bar in the country, a natural foods store, theaters, several coffee shops, way too many vape and tattoo shops and lots of great food options. There are great walking and biking trails nearby, parks, yoga studios, spas and a farmers market at freedom parkway on Saturdays.
