our property is a 3 bedrooms, 1 bath house with a log cabin feel The house was built in 2012 so we have modern features to make your stay pleasurable for everyone. below are some of the features included:
-fully furnished
-approximately 1100 sqft of living space
-full bathroom with in-floor radiant heat, all towels provided
-large full kitchen with stainless appliances; all utensils provided
-coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, paper towels, silverware, plates, bowls, cups
-washer/dryer
-3 large bedrooms (beds include: 1- queen, 1-full, 2-singles, 1-bunk bed) - clean linens guaranteed

-50' wide screen tv

-built in speaker/audio system equipped with airplay
-large driveway to accommodate all size trailers and multiple vehicles
-large covered porch with gas grill
-wood stove and propane heater
the property is located within 3/4 of a mile from the snowmobile trails (see map in pictures) Our road is often snow covered and if even if not the snowbanks are accessible to ride on most of the way to the trail.

-remove all perishable items
-take out the trash
-load and start the dishwasher
-strip linens from the bed
-place all used linens and towels in a pile
-turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
-close and lock all windows and doors
-additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
