max 3 pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum
linens are available for $20/per person This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
note: guest is required to provide government issued photo id, provide a separate security deposit of $500, and sign a separate cottage rental agreement-including names of all invitees who will occupy the property Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Max occupancy at all times is 14, violation will result in removal without refund.

wexford cottage is named after the ss wexford, a freighter lost in the great storm of 1913 The ship sank with all 20 souls aboard and remained undiscovered until 2000.
carruthers cottage honors the ss james carruthers, which also disappeared during that same storm Its wreck has never been found, but debris came ashore near Point Clark, tying this peaceful town to a powerful piece of maritime history.
