there are water buffalo, hummingbirds, fireflies, crickets, praying mantises, old trees and more - the jungle sounds are especially impressive at dusk
you can either live in 6-dorms or in simply furnished lakeside bungalows - right on the lake with a private terrace, overlooking the lake

you can reach 'otres village' or 'otres beach' in 10 minutes with your scooter or tuk-tuk
to sihanoukville city or to the port (to the islands) it's 15 minutes
sihanoukville also has its own airport which can be reached in 20 minutes
from there you fly to the capital phnom penh in 25 minutes There are also direct flights to Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea and China.
