This cabin is located in the gated community of Coosawattee River Resort. cabin amenities include memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, top of the line furnishings, smart tv's, wifi, granite counter surfaces, indoor gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, and a 5 person hot tub! please note that $wd is required to reach the cabin but once you drive down a bit from the cabin it's an easy drive to local apple orchards, wineries, hiking trails, and the beautiful blue ridge mountain range! call today for your next adventure in this beautiful luxury cabin!

hook, wine & sinker is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 35 bath log home that sleeps up to 8 and offers the following:
great room with a 55-inch flat-screen tv with roku and blu-ray dvd player provided and a gas burning fireplace (gas active oct 1st-Apr. 1st)
fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a family meal including an island with seating for two to make memories around good food, 12 cup coffee maker as well as keurig
dining area with seating for 6
main level deck with grill and outdoor dining for 10 as well as seating for 4 right beside the wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided oct 1 - april 1)
terrace level hot tub with seating for 5
queen master bedroom on the main level with 42 inch tv with roku and a private bathroom with shower and deck access
two queen bedrooms on the upper level with a shared bathroom and both have 32-inch tvs the upper right queen room also has a private deck
terrace level queen bedroom with deck access and 42 inch tv and a separate full bathroom
terrace level living area with card table seating 4, regulation pool table, recliner and leather couch, and 55 inch tv

all of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, 1- hand soap for each bath and kitchen, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
