enjoy the pool & hot tub year round The pool is 30 ft by 8 ft, 6 feet deep and can be heated for a fee. The hot tub is heated free of charge. The large surrounding patio area offers a grill, outdoor dining and sun loungers.
the kitchen patio has outdoor dining for 5, a counter with a grill and mini fridge as well as a fireplace
the home begins with an airy open floor plan on the main floor which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8, powder room & living room with 75 inch smart streaming flat screen tv, full sofa bed, bar & built in fireplace
the fully equipped kitchen has all viking appliances & a custom refrigerator we provide cookware, flatware, cutlery & cooking basics; everything you need to cook a delicious meal!
we have 6 bedrooms throughout the home all bedrooms have king size beds, en suite full bathrooms, walk in closets, room darkening shades & flat screen hd smart tv's
the master bedroom is located on the main floor & boasts a jacuzzi bathtub with a view plus a private patio with daybed & firepit
bedroom's 2-6 are on the lower level
bedroom 2 also has a private patio
bedroom 6 is a guest suite It has a private patio with sofa seating for 4. It also has a private entrance & access.
there are 8 bathrooms throughout the home 6 are full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. All full bathrooms come with linens, basic toiletries & hairdryers.
we also have 2 half baths One is located in the theater room & the other is on the main floor.
in addition to the bedrooms, the lower level has a living room, home office & movie theater
the living room has a 75 inch tv
the office has a dedicated workspace with a desk, ergonomic chair & printer
the movie theater has a 105 inch tv screen, kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge, xbox, ps2 & 1/2 bathroom There is private entry access from the front parking.
the game room is in a separate building and has a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, darts, tv & lounge seating
we have central heat & air conditioning, free washer & dryer in the house, bluetooth sound system, and free parking for 3 cars in our garage, 3 in the driveway.
