Negative: The keys were not available. We eventually were informed we had been booked into the wrong apartment. After several phone calls we had to wait a stressful hour for someone to come and sort out the issues. The apartment was very run down and smelly with stained carpets and a very dirty, worn and stained sofa. Also the tv didn't work.
Summary: Not at all happy with the stay. Very stressful.
