Welcome to the Enclave, your next home away from home in the lovely La Jolla Groves Neighborhood! The whole family can spread out at this spacious retreat boasting five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. When mealtimes come around, the full kitchen will be the hub for conversation and meal prep with brand new granite countertops, top-of-the-line cabinetry, a wine chiller, a breakfast bar, and a breakfast nook. Head into the formal dining room and you will find the large light wood-colored table with seating for eight.
The living room has a bookshelf the length of the room filled from top to bottom with books and a large open area which is great to play board games or even build a fort. Grill up some steaks on your private backyard gas BBQ while soaking up the sunshine. Enjoy a margarita at sunset and relax in the beautiful pool to really slip into relaxation mode. The backyard is a wonderful place to dine, have drinks, or just relax. When the stars come out, the family room has a large flat screen 65' TV, a black leather sectional sofa, and a gas fireplace, so kicking back for a movie night will be a must after exciting days. Don't worry about needing to get work done while away either, as a desk, printer, and high-speed WiFi will easily allow you to hop into a zoom call or check in on emails.
There are two bedrooms downstairs both with queen-size beds, walk-in closets, and stylish matching furniture suites. The downstairs bathroom has a double sink vanity with a walk-in tub/shower combo. Wander upstairs to the loft and you will find a game room with a pool table, checkerboard, pinball machine, electronic dartboard, beer chiller, 50' flatscreen TV, and even an XBOX game console! The master bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, lovely bedding, and an attached bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower with double sink vanities. The other two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with queen-size beds, lots of closet space, and have easy access to the hall bathroom.
You won't have to venture far to fill each day with excitement, as the Peoria Sports Complex (six miles), Spring Training (Mariners & Padres)-West Gate - Arizona Cardinals (University of Phoenix Stadium) - Phoenix Coyotes, Country Meadows Golf Course, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are all within a quick drive of home base! Not to mention, this home sits in a great location for the Tostito's Fiesta Bowl. If a shopping day is on the agenda, don't hesitate to check out the Tanger Outlets Phoenix just three-and-a-half miles away.
