Positive: The architectural construction of the apartment is absolutely stunning. The high exposed ceiling and openness of the entire area is exactly what one looking for this style is looking to be in. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. The access to the outdoor sidewalk, retail etc is very easy. The location is close to multiple freeways and departure and entrance is quite simple.
Negative: There is physically is no private parking (hence the building's location) attached to the continental building. There is paragon parking and the $25 parking that is located behind the HWH building has somewhat of a security but you must walk. The small parking lot right across the street is NOT safe. It still costs $15 My passenger car window was bashed in, witnessed by an onlooker and there is no security or gate protecting vehicles there. You must wake up by 6 am to pay for another permit everyday.
Summary: It was wonderful nevertheless, the host is very kind and the apartment is one many would jump over hoops to stay in.
