This is a delightful, charming barn conversion. Both spacious, yet cosy.

the cottage accommodates 4 people comfortably with two bedrooms and there is a double sofa bed in the living room should you need extra sleeping space Dogs are considered part of the family and are very much welcome, but we must know their names :).
the living room boasts a log burning fire, some logs will be provided and you can purchase some more from the village The rear of the cottage looks out over the private, enclosed, terraced garden that is accessed by the back door.

there is a well equipped kitchen and a downstairs cloakroom/toilet Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with twin beds. There is a family bathroom with a shower and bath.
we have indicated this cottage as not suitable for 0-2 years, this is due to there being no stair gates and there is no extra guard to the fire (other than its door) Your infants are welcome as long as you understand this risk. A travel cot can be provided if required and a high chair on request. Small person cutlery is provided in the kitchen.
hartley has an abundance of red squirrels, pheasants and small birds that are often found passing through the back garden of the cottage look out for the parrots!
