Clarksburn Blue is an attractive cottage set in the small hamlet of Monreith enjoying a peaceful location, stunning woodland garden with small stream running through it and wonderful views of Luce Bay. Clarksburn Blue has been completely renovated and is beautifully finished throughout and offers guests a superb level of comfort and space for all the family to enjoy. The hub of the house is without doubt the large living/dining room which has terrific views over the garden to Luce Bay. This really is a very sociable space where you can perhaps enjoy a home cooked meal around the lovely big farmhouse dining table or just sit back and relax around the cosy wood burning stove. The kitchen is modern and bright with all the essentials you need to cook up that meal and from the kitchen a door leads directly to the garden where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. With four good sized bedrooms all with sumptuous beds and bedding, a family bathroom and family shower room it's the perfect escape for all the family to enjoy.
