located within the beautiful grande pointe neighborhood, this exquisitely-finished home is the perfect spot for large groups looking to enjoy the sugar-like sands waters of the emerald coast The home is less than a mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and borders Camp Helen State Park on the East. The large neighborhood pool can be found just around the corner from the home, and it leads directly to the community dock for easy access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports.
