this is a split-foyer townhome The lower level features a living room with an electric fireplace, a 55” Smart TV, fully-stocked kitchen, a renovated half bath & dining area. Outside, you can relax on either of our two decks & enjoy the sounds of wildlife on the lake, cast your own line (bring your poles & kayaks!) or enjoy a cocktail after a day on the Bourbon Trail. We also provide a Weber charcoal grill, if you’re in the mood to BBQ. Guests will need to login to their own streaming services on the TVs.

A renovated bathroom w/ a glass-shower enclosure & a new washer & dryer complete the upstairs.
