The latter is ideal for a large family, 2 couples or 2 families who can each have their separate living spaces, either the space on the floors (3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a powder-room and a full kitchen) or the one in the basement (1 bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a complete bathroom and a kitchenette/bar area with sink, small refrigerators, microwave, toaster and coffee machine). The cottage is fully furnished and equipped.
