There are 3 TVs ( master bedroom, living room, and loft bedroom area) The wonderful garden roadside location offers complete privacy, while the double pane glass windows and central air conditioning keep it cool and quiet inside. Puamana is a private gated community of over 30 acres of lush tropical gardens, open spaces & private ocean beach frontage (around 1/2 mile), surfing, plantation-era clubhouse, and whale watching in winter. The clubhouse offers: card room, reading parlor, lending library, and you can check out games and other items to use while there. Exercise room available at an extra daily cost.(could be closed based on current COVID rules).
Stroll the spacious grounds and explore Puamana’s botanical wonders with hundreds of palm trees, soaring banyan trees, giant mango trees, and lush tropical landscapes filled with exotic flowers. Play tennis or refresh yourself in any of the three pools. The oceanfront pool is a spectacular deep-water pool jutting into the ocean, great for sunning or swimming laps, while the Dolphin pool with playground gets all the kid’s attention. Road noise from the 2 lane road may be noticeable, or unnoticed depending on each individual, time of day, and traffic levels. The majority of our guests are unaffected and enjoy the serenity of our gated community. I will allow one dog with my approval ONLY; an additional fee and lodging rate will increase.
