Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I like that the tent is clean and the room’s aircon working so well.

Negative: I was really disappointed with the staff. They wouldn’t even bother assisting us with our luggage, and the empty welcome drink glasses were left sitting outside our room for days. Even worse, the room next to our tent—used by previous guests—was never cleaned. I looked inside and it was a mess, with trash just left there. During our stay, it was only me and my group, so it makes me wonder, do they only bother cleaning when a new guest is about to check in? The hygiene standards here are seriously unacceptable. Is this because of the management’s own SOP or is it simply the staff not doing their job?

Summary: I love the ambience of this place but the staff quality and hygiene is the worse
