* i've had a few concerns from guests about toilet speed Meaning the toilets fill up slowly and requires you to wait a minute between flushing. Trying to disclose this so it's not an issue.
* 2 separate living areas one is focused around a tv and the 2nd is in a much larger room surrounded by 5 bay windows
* security camera's are outside the home so people inside the house can see people at the front door, as well as the front or back yards approaching the house
