It's located in one of the most exclusive places in Portugal - Comporta - on a five minute walking distance from Pego Beach, chosen for several years as the best portuguese beach for its clean waters, sand and accessibilities.
it has 1 master suite and 2 double bedrooms, a 60 square meter living-room with flat-screen tv, suspended gyrofocus fireplace, amazing views and sea and nature sounds on the large front deck
it has heated floor all over the house, 30 square meter kitchen, fully equipped with siemens appliances, with a central cooking isle Large dining area with table for eight, facing the 46 square meters interior courtyard.
the villa also has a fully equipped laundry room, nespresso coffee machine and griller on the outside

the villa's pool has a water heating system to ensure that it can be used all year round, both day and night Currently, it's running at 28 ºC. During low season, the pool heating is not available.
